Took me forever to get someone to answer the phone. Then when the lady finally did answer, she interrupted me as I was saying good afternoon and put me straight on hold. During our conversation she kept putting me on hold and was very rude. She actually was laughing at me as I spoke. Very disrespectful and rude.
