Mike and Dave have helped me over the past 8 years filing not only my business return but also 2 state returns as I operate w company outside of michigan. Theyre prompt to call me back. Ive had no issues and love the relationship we have formed!
I DO NOT recommend using this establishment. Called for information on getting my taxes done and the owner was VERY rude, talked down to me, and when I asked for the cost to do a simple 1040 form for a few years back, he rudely explained that I do not get to decide what form gets filed. When I left a FB review, an employee replied accusing me of leaving a false review and said I must be the competitor. On top of that, the employee is encouraging others to bully me over my review. Disgusting.

DO not file your taxes with Dave. We have received a federal latter with penalty and interest because he didn't finished his job filing our taxes. I was calling their phone number and was getting voice mail box is full. Now I called today at Michigan tax office and guess what? We owe taxes, penalty and interest because of that lazy man.
Did a great job for simple returns. Basically just fills out the items in their software. If you have issues with fragrances I would avoid as they use MANY plug ins that are overpowering.
