☆☆☆☆ DO NOT LEASE HERE! The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They will literally laugh in your face and treat you with zero respect. My child was denied simply because a friend was paying for a hotel for her, even though she provided all necessary documentation. They clearly don’t care about helping people — only about judging your situation. Save yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere.

On top of that, they denied me just because a friend sent me money via Cash App to help pay for a hotel for my kids and me. Absolutely ridiculous and unfair. They clearly don’t care about helping people who are truly in need.

Been here two years never been able to use the gym pool has belly been open the playgrounds have been run down since 2001 and my apartment flood drastically every time it rains and in the end I am paying almost 2000 in rent outrageous!!!
New maintenance sucks. I moved in 2019 and it was never this bad. If you dont know how to fix stuff then let them know. Cause I've had a leake for almost 2 months and they still can't seem to fix this issue. Their so concerned about people smoking in thier houses because God forbid your worried about the residents health. Yet you could care less about people having mold in their unit.
