I gave this place 1,887 to move in February 1, 2024,when i asked why so much when I have already giving them $250 deposit +$40 I was told by the leasing agent Kawanda that I had no rental history which was not truth bc I was married for 24 years and we had plenty of rental and buying houses history, she stated to me,”none of that matter” so I was moving in and I ask her for copies of my receipt and lease. She told me I would get copies of everything vs emailed, I received the lease and copies of the $250 + $40 but no copies ... read more
This place made us give them deposit $200 as part of their application process. This place is untrustworthy and has no problem committing FRAUD on the public. They tell you if you are denied you will get back your deposit within 30 days. Which they are doing deliberately with the false information they give. I was denied for making $250 too much. It's been 2 1/2 months and instead of resolving the issue, they just avoid communication on the matter and basically STOLE my deposit. So my recommendation for all is NOT to apply h... read more
We loved what we were getting in space and options when we moved in. And after 5 years one of the best things about this place is Kedra in the office. She's been great the entire stay. Whether we needed maintenance or understanding during difficult times. She's never dropped the ball on us and that's why we continue to love it here!
