Two times my doctor stopped practicing and failed to tell me, leaving me with no refills or a doctor. Worst office. You can’t even get through to the office they have a call center that “helps”
10/10 recommend Dr. Olier. I moved to the area during the pandemic and finding a new doctor was beyond stressful. Dr. Olier was thoughtful, kind, thorough and somehow always on time - I never had to wait long for appointments, which I appreciated thoroughly, as I had to go in twice a week for most of my pregnancy. She quickly identified a potential complication and got me on medication to mitigate. The office is clean and well maintained, staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dr. Olier is amazing, she explains everything to you, listens to your concerns and makes you feel like more than just a number. She ensure you are informed about information relevant to your case. Most importantly, SHE IS GENTLE AND REASSURING. Thank you Dr. Olier and staff, I will be returning!
5 stars are not enough to describe how wonderful Dr. Olier is! She is a fantastic listener, very meticulous and a just an overall kind person. You never feel rushed out of her office and yet I have not waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room for my appointments! I went to her last summer after moving back to the area - had mentioned my fibroids which my previous doctor told me not to 'concern myself unless I notice symptoms', well I was not told that for someone who has been on steady birth control for many many years... read more
