Went in to get a referral to see a neurologist due to my absence seizures. I am 6 months pregnant. I got told that it was pointless for her to give me a referral because the wait was 9 months - 1 year and I was pregnant... that my OBGYN needs to just handle this. She was very rude, belittling me (maybe due to me being younger than her but newsflash- I dealt with this all my life I know these things already) and she kept repeating there was no point and she shouldn’t be the one to handle it...
