Honestly, this was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I waited about 10–20 minutes for a tech — no problem, I didn’t have an appointment. But once she started, it felt like she was racing to finish. It wasn’t a relaxing spa moment at all — more like I was just enduring it. Worst experience of my life getting our nails done. My daughter was in town so my husband treated us both to a fancy pedicure and manicure and he got the most expensive pedicure. So like a $300 appointment. My daughter is 27 and her nail tech kept asking if she wanted to upgrade to gel. She said no over and over as she can’t ever get it off. July 26, 2025 My mom and I had a nail appointment at 2:30pm, we were sat at 2:15. The first nail tech filed off my gel polish, owner, Jimmy was walking around looking at all the work being done. Next thing I know; the guy sat in front of me leaves.
