Name change went well. Tiffany and her staff were easy to work with- efficient, pleasant, and sensitive to my requests. I am thankful for the service they provided.
I went and paid over 1,000 to get my sons last name changed. Months went my I called to check on it. I got told it may take a while. Few more months past again I got told my take over year. We'll it's been over a year and I get a call from vital records saying it was not even put on the paper for his name to be changed. Then call them about it and get told we have to resign papers.
