So very satisfied! Her whole staff are great! Dr makes you feel like you matter!
I just changed my primary care physician to Dr. Phon due to my previous doctor retiring. I recently had my initial visit with her, and I am very pleased. Dr. Phon listens to her patients concerns and provides relevant feedback and options that are easy to understand. She takes the time needed to understand your concern and make sure you understand your options.
Very professional compassionate doctor who cares about my health
Tiffany was so dismissive during our appointment. I wish I had a recording of it. The whole time, she was just shaking her head and making “mmhmm” sounds. I literally felt like I had to intervene to stop awkward silences and at one point had to say “ok so our next steps are (blank), right?”. I just got a head shake! So rude.
