Front desk is very rude, they let the phone ring over and over. I had to call 6x before they answered. Then they proceeded to leave me on hold, giggle and mute the phone, then returned after what felt like 10 mins. The doctor can do a good job all she wants, but change your front desk employees, they are the first impression
Dr Mapp is a great Doc. Due to insuramce and life changes, I had to leave the practice. I am truly grateful to have been her patient.
