I live adjacent to this property they do not up keep with the surrounding areas..property manager is rude and unprofessional...

The property has the potential to be beautiful but management does not take the time or money at maintaining the upkeep. The laundry room is infrequently cleaned and the courtyard is adorned with large rocks which were uncovered from past repairs and never corrected. Where there should be grass there are rocks, dirt and mud. Management could correct the problem by maintaining the property and planting grass seeds to cover the large areas of dirt and bare soil, but they don't.
