Aleadra is the best part of this office, she is so super kind and organized and is so enthusiastic about Alexander & Associates Counseling. Woody seems pretty good too

Tiffany had been my counselor and I depended on her. My grown daughter started seeing her to discuss issues we had as mother and daughter. Unfortunately Tiffany didn’t deny her and she then became my daughter’s counselor. Talk about conflict of interest!! I felt so betrayed and hurt. Just beware. Some folks lack integrity and are willing to do anything for $$.

Does not say that they don't provide medications when making an appointment. Charge $145 copay just to give us a referral back to the people that referred us to them

I enjoyed the time spent with my counselor, he was great to work with. Edit: I did experience some trouble with billing between here & my old insurance company that resulted in a rather lengthy process, unfortunately. After making my concerns known, the billing dept worked with me to correct the issue. Shout out to Samantha for being quick to respond & persistent in making sure everything was taken care of in the end.
