1 Star I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. I believe in leaving people and places better than when I found them and to always do what is good and right. I was insulted they dared to charge me cleaning fees upon moving out when it’s my job to clean apartments as side work and have done that for decades now. Repairs weren’t done, I was promised a new bathroom cabinet upon moving in and didn’t get it until months later, window was broke entire time I lived there and so was back screen to deck it just fell ... read more
The apartments were very old and outdated and when I inquired about updating the thermostat (that was clearly outdated), they told me that they just updated them and I wasn't allowed to install my own. Don't expect to receive your deposit after moving out, as they will take close ups from the worst angle to negatively portray small spots you might have missed and deduct that from your original deposit until nothing is left. I think the staff is great! Very friendly. Maintenance guys are great! Beautiful units. Updated layouts. Only reason I moved out was due to job change and couldn't afford it anymore. If not for that, I would have loved to call that my home for many more years. Keep up the good work! I enjoyed my time here.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere... Smiles and kindness happen before you sign on the dotted line thereafter it's a nightmare....
Horrible Rental Experience Horrible Renting Experience Repairs: Our hot water went off three times during the first three months. The third time happened on a Friday. The maintenance staff told us he wasn't sure what was wrong, but thought he may have fixed it. He told me (on a Friday) that if it still wasn't working to call them on Monday. He wanted us to wait all weekend without hot water and call on Monday. When I called the front office, they offered to let us use the model apartment's shower.
