1 Star I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. I believe in leaving people and places better than when I found them and to always do what is good and right. I was insulted they dared to charge me cleaning fees upon moving out when it’s my job to clean apartments as side work and have done that for decades now. The apartments were very old and outdated and when I inquired about updating the thermostat (that was clearly outdated), they told me that they just updated them and I wasn't allowed to install my own. Don't expect to receive your deposit after moving out, as they will take close ups from the worst angle to negatively portray small spots you might have missed and deduct that from your original deposit until nothing is left. I think the staff is great! Very friendly. Maintenance guys are great! Beautiful units. Updated layouts. Only reason I moved out was due to job change and couldn't afford it anymore. If not for that, I would have loved to call that my home for many more years. Keep up the good work! I enjoyed my time here.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere... Smiles and kindness happen before you sign on the dotted line thereafter it's a nightmare....
