The HOA managers & that one Hispanic lady in the office are very rude they lack of communication & has the worst attitude! She approached me with the nastiest attitude I can’t wait to speak with her boss. My friend lives out there …. RUN!!!!! They have HOA but you have to share a garage , the community isn’t gated , the pool is always closed , roach infested , MOLD & the only thing they changed is the color of the buildings that’s it that’s all.
Not a good place to live if you want to get rapped in murdered this is the best place to live. Management is horror never responds to calls are opens the door at the office.
The association should be criminally charged for how awful the lake looks with litter, vegetation, weeds, and for the deterioration of the walls. Gators are present and they will find a way into the community with the poor wall structure. Fix & Clean it up!
HOA n association management are unacceptable and worse than horrific, uncouth, and despicable. Do not come to live here, run as far away as possible!
