When my doctor retired he sent most of his patients Dr. Bassily's way. So I schedule an appointment to meet her to see if I would be comfortable. In short I was treated like a cattle. She had no concern at all for the particular issue I was there for, I even showed her an x-ray on my phone and she would not as much as even look at it as she just typed away like I wasn't even in the room. I was to be a new patient. I called to schedule an appointment and was told it be would August. I explained i am on 2 meds that are life sustaining could she suggest something. Her response was she had no idea and she couldn't advise. I was truly excited to be seeing an internist for my thyroid. I've been on the same meds for 45 years after it was removed. It's a nice office the doctor is friendly but it is hard to get ahold of them I called during office we hours before and left a voice mail mail no call back , also when I did get ahold of them they're very abrupt .
