Great Dr. and team. I have been going to her for about 25 years!
Nice doctor. Just unfair billing practices. First time visit seemed to go just fine although it was supposed to be a well check and got billed for an actual sick visit. Apparently because of a ganglion on my foot that she said if ever bothered me or got worse, I could see a podiatrist, it was no longer a well check. ??? Not even a referral for a podiatrist because I don't need one yet seems a bit unethical to me.
Iowa Clinic in Grimes is the absolute best medical facility. DR. TIFFANY KETCHAM and the staff and nurses do their best at all times.
