She said my kid was due for vaccinations on the day of visit and neglected to tell me they were optional ones not part of the required ones - whether you want them or not you should be informed. Luckily I knew and asked questions - ironically she almost missed the required ones I also knew about while pushing the optional ones. She also tried to order extra blood work that no other Dr has insisted on without asking questions about it until we protested multiple times . My first visit seemed to go just fine however, it was supposed to be a well check and I got billed for an actual sick visit. After following up, I found out that because of a ganglion on my foot it, I was no longer well. Dr. Ketcham said if it ever bothered me or got worse, I could see a podiatrist. She did not give me a referral during the visit because it isn't painful or disruptive in anyway. It seems unprincipled to bill me for a sick visit.

She is one of a kind! My husband and myself have been seeing Dr. Tiffany for over 15 years, she gives us wonderful care and time.
My whole family loves Dr Ketchum, she sees myself, 4 sisters and our hubbies. She is very caring and takes care of all our medical needs. I would highly recommend her (and have) to many friends
She is the best of the best you will find no care better anywhere in the world!
