Don't bother. Seriously. Lack of empathy, treated like a case study. Wanted help and left worse than I started with them. Requested to be placed with someone else, and instead was written off and had my case closed and refused to see me or actually handle my request to see someone else. They are quacks and don't care about people. Their solution now is to give me a list of other practices they refer.

Visited the Dunmore location back in the Fall of 2021 for a few sessions to be evaluated. I was looking to be placed with a psychologist and that is the only reason why I came here. They ended up placing me with a counselor who did no good for me. Now here we are almost three years later I received a letter in the mail saying I have an unpaid balance! After each visit I paid my balance. Ended up contacting my financial institution and they were able to find proof of payment for my last visit which was marked as unpaid. Took ... read more

I called to get testing for a mental health diagnosis - they asked what I wanted to get tested for. If that’s how it works, okay, but I’m certainly not going to self diagnose. So then I was told we’d start with therapy to figure it out, and I’d need to attend every week, same day, same time. Thankfully my work schedule changes and I couldn’t commit.
