I’m grateful to have found this practice. The staff are welcoming, and my therapist takes the time to listen and understand what matters to me. I feel respected, supported, and comfortable being honest, even about the hard things. Highly recommend.
From the first experience with contacting the office for an appointment to the decision to terminate treatment after a complete resolution of my symptoms, the services I received were second to none. No stone unturned. Nothing left unspoken. The transparency of the professionals in this office and the welcoming of authenticity left such an impression.
Communication is great, staff is incredibly courteous and polite. Great experience with the counseling services.
This is a genuine warning to anyone seeking mental health care- do NOT go to Tiffany Griffiths. This is not a bitter review just for the sake of it, please learn from my mistake of trusting this place with my mental health care. I had been going there for years, and then when I changed jobs and didn't have health care coverage, I called to cancel my appointment in November.
