I was a new patient with Dr. Gebel in June 2025 & saw her again 3 months later for the beginning of my pregnancy. Our experience with her has been great, as well as all the ladies in the office. We got a lot of information during my pregnancy & she answered all of our questions. When she performed my C-Section 2 weeks ago, not only was she calming, efficient & supportive, but the nurses at Christus Mother Frances in Sulphur Springs were too. From my wellness exam to the delivery of my son, she has been great!
My visit to Dr. Gebel’s office was nothing short of an unpleasant experience. As a patient for two years, I had scheduled an appointment a year after my last visit. When I received a bill, I contacted the office, only to be informed that my insurance did not pay. When I reached out to my insurance provider, they confirmed that Dr. Gebel’s office had dropped them from their network during that period. Stay away from this OB clinic! The staff I spoke with over the phone were incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, there was a confusing issue with my name on the bill and I’m a MAN Who’s never been a patient of gable’s!!!. When I asked for an explanation, the staff provided no helpful information or clarity and kept hanging up and putting me on hold!! Great Dr., friendly staff. They really listen to your concerns. I wanted a hormone therapy that was natural and worked for me. Dr. Gebel helped me achieve this. One year later and I can honestly say this was the best medical experience I have had in my life. Thank you Dr. Gebel and staff.
