Been working with Tiffany more than a year, her energy and attitude is incredible, so easy to workout with her, her meals and workouts are very easy to follow. She is a professional, talent trainer, I would 100000% recommend Tiff to anybody looking to get in shape and feel amazing with the results!
I train with Tiffany HIT style twice a week for 30 minutes ( three days out of the week I’m training in Buti yoga & running) . She helps me build muscle and burn fat🔥! She’s knowledgeable and inventive with exercises and makes me go the extra mile! I’m seeing results! I highly recommend her training sessions!
Tiffany is an amazing trainer and friend! She has worked with me for quite a while! She knows her stuff! She trained me through my entire high risk pregnancy and if it wasn’t for my training with her likely would not have lost the weight to be able to conceive and now have my miracle baby!
