Update 2026: I have been trying to get an appt. With my PCP, unfortunately she is on vacation and her NP is booked all week. I need to see someone asap for the severe neck, shoulder and upper back pain. I have Bulging disc's in my neck and pulled muscles. I have been messaging back and forth with Dr. Groens office and they told me to go to Urgent Care and they made the appt for me. I went to urgent care the following day (Thursday). I have been seeing Dr. Groen since 2020 and have no complaints. I really was surprised to see Ryan P's review, because it is nothing at all how I would describe the staff and Dr. Groen. They have always been very pleasant, very responsive to my needs, questions, and concerns. They are very quick to answer my messages on the patient portal same day or next day the latest. If you want a doctor's office that you can actually responds, definitely look elsewhere. Dr. Tiffany Groen is wonderful on the rare occasions you can actually speak with her. Unfortunately, the staff are often rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and do not actually relay messages to the doctor. Scheduling availability is generally months out. You will not get calls back despite their promises to do so. Erin, in particular, is dismissive and rude.
