My wife and I were Dr. Arla orphans and in need of a new family doctor when we found Dr. Groen. Dr. Arla is a tough act to follow but Dr. Groen filled her shoes admirably. She's very patient, personable, knowledgeable and exhibits empathy for her patients. All in all, she's a great doctor. Everyone (well, maybe not doctors) appreciates just how much a doctor's support staff means to them when they make an appointment, request a refill or just have general questions. Dr. Groen is always friendly and listens to her patients. I have been to other doctors who just ignore what you say and look at you as their cash cow. Not the case with Dr. Groen.
