My wife and I have several Tiffany items including glassware, wedding bands, engagement band, necklaces and bracelets. She has a bracelet that has broken 3 times now in about a year. After the last time she had to spend $95 for them to fix the clasp. Now, for the second time, a link has broken. I chatted with their customer service and apparently her bracelet was identified as very worn the last time it was sent in. Seems like that’s a bad thing.
