I am beyond frustrated with the sheer incompetence of the Tiffany & Co. store in Roseville, CA. My boyfriend returned an item worth thousands of dollars, which he had paid for in cash. Instead of issuing a cash refund, the store insisted it be sent via check within 3–5 business days, due to company policy. Not great, but ok. He provided his current address, but the store failed to update their records and mailed the check to an address he hasn’t lived at in over 10 years.
