If I could give this store and company 0 stars I would. I will never buy from this company or from this store again. I have over 6 products from Tiffany and co, a lot of my friends and family also own multiple products. I have never been more disappointed with a high end luxury company ever. Unfortunately Tiffany’s have gone downhill, they now charge $30 per piece to be cleaned. I can not recommend them, so disappointing when I had booked in for cleaning months ago and I get a crappy text saying do not reply to this message, $30 per item WOW, I also have 2 repairs, this will be an interesting appointment. Beyond Disappointing!!!!!!
Sophea is excellent. She helped me sort through numerous items to find the right things for my partner. I believe she excelled beyond her duties when dealing with me.
In mid-April, my partner bought me a bracelet as a surprise anniversary gift. Unfortunately, the size was too large. We returned to the store the following week to ask if we could exchange or resize it. We were told that since it had already been worn, only resizing was possible. We agreed to proceed and informed the staff that we live far away, so we would prefer to have the item shipped to us directly. My friends bought me a single diamond pendant in silver for my 50th Birthday. The piece is beautiful, but the product is crap! The necklace has to be cleaned after each wear as it tarnishes terribly. I was told by the customer service person on my last and final visit to this store about this poor quality product (again), "that the more it tarnishes the better the silver" or maybe you should upgrade to the platinum version as this would prevent the tarnishing issue.
