Extremely poor welcome. Fully prepared to spend more than $10,000 ... But was treated like dirt by the lady standing at the door. Looked us up and down with a look of disdain, no words of welcome, just a mild sneer and asked "What you want?" Nah thanks, we went round the corner to another Jeweller who was warm, inviting and friendly.
I’ve always been so disappointed with Tiffany and yesterday was the icing on the cake. The issue started last March, my husband went in to buy me the Heart earrings I had wanted for a while as an anniversary gift, they said they didn’t have any in stock but he could buy something else and I could exchange it. They knew, he knew that what I wanted was the heart earrings. They upsold him a pair of diamond hoops that were about $350 more. The next day when he gave them to me he told me I could exchange them. I booked an appointment today because I needed to extend my necklace. The appointment was easy to make and when I went in I was greeted at the door then I was helped by Diana who was absolutely lovely. The service was incredible, my experience walking in and being assisted straight away was super lovely. Thanks for your help Diana x
If I could give this store and company 0 stars I would. I will never buy from this company or from this store again. I have over 6 products from Tiffany and co, a lot of my friends and family also own multiple products. I have never been more disappointed with a high end luxury company ever. Unfortunately Tiffany’s have gone downhill, they now charge $30 per piece to be cleaned. I can not recommend them, so disappointing when I had booked in for cleaning months ago and I get a crappy text saying do not reply to this message, $30 per item WOW, I also have 2 repairs, this will be an interesting appointment. Beyond Disappointing!!!!!!
