We went to Tiffany yesterday to look at engagement rings and Gerry looked after us. He was so friendly easy to talk to and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He answered all of our questions and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Buying an engagement ring is a big moment, and Gerry made it feel special. Thanks again for all your help. We really appreciated it

I have to say that authentic customer service is non existent. Thats until i met a lovely gentleman called Bardia who was just incredible, the passion is what stood out. He greeted us at the door and was so kind to offer us a seat, drink and with zero judgement asked us if we has ever visited the store before. We are visiting and honestly this gesture alone made us feel so welcome. He later passed us onto a sales staff but would check in often even brought us drinks. He later told us a story of the brand and we later left th... read more

Ref: Tiffanys Pitt Street, Sydney. An intimidatory line up of disinterested, sales people standing right inside of front entrance did NOT impress. No interest at all in my custom was shown when all I wanted was a silver bracelet. Couldn't wait to leave. But what a pleasant surprise I had when visiting CHATSWOOD store the next day! Helpful, happy and such pleasant (thank you, Gerry!) staff restored my faith in Tiffanys.

Tiffany as a brand is gone downhill. They charge ridiculous prices for their jewellery, which isn’t an issue but it’s a shame their service and policies don’t reflect it as a premium brand anymore. For example, simple repairs have a minimum charge $100+, and when you go to pick it up, they for it to you in a zip bag… apparently they can’t give you a dust bag anymore because of ‘policy’. It literally costs them less than a $1 to make the bags. Cleaning use to be a free service, but now charges $40 per item… which is ridiculou... read more

Bought a silver necklace from Tiffany and co literally 3 months ago wore it only once, the colour changed, went in to tell them the problem, and their answer was yes it’s normal for colour to change, like what the hell I paid $2,000 for a small thin necklace for you to tell me normal for the colour to change, manager came down angry and also rude telling me I won’t do refund for you. Her name is Mauria desiko. Save yourself money and go buy real silver or gold.
