I had mixed feelings visiting this store. The bracelet I wanted wasn’t in stock, but the assistant, Sophia, was helpful in placing an order for me. However, while I was still filling in my details, she handed me the payment terminal and repeated several times that I needed to pay first. I found this interaction a bit unusual and it left me feeling slightly uncomfortable, even though the overall service was helpful.
