I had such a lovely experience at Tiffany & Co. Sydney today. Caitlyn, who also helped me when I visited in November 2024, looked after me again and was just as friendly, welcoming and attentive as I remembered. Today was our 17th wedding anniversary, and Caitlyn made the visit feel really special, even bringing us champagne to celebrate. Caitlyn was very accommodating. We did not have an appointment for a repair, live outside of Sydney and don’t get into the city often. She personally looked after us and was very professional and efficient. Excellent customer service

A Tale of Two Marias – Customer Service Matters On 10 August 2026, I visited Pandora at Macarthur Shopping Centre to have my jewellery cleaned. I was warmly welcomed by Maria, who was professional, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. While I was there, she also took the time to introduce me to some of Pandora’s new products.
