Went there to get a gift for my mom. And I said please put my mom’s name on receipt for tax return as she’s travelling back to hometown soon. Yet the sales asked me “ do you know your mom’s name?” Mate are you serious? How would a professional salesperson ask such a question? That’s so rude to your customers. Can’t rate any lower, thus 1 star.
08/03/2026 Wonderful experience. Impromptu trip to Tiff and and Co to purchase this beautiful necklace. To match with my bracelet and earrings. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Really pleasant experience, no rushing whatsoever New necklace to celebrate a new beginning.

I just wanted to take the time to compliment Agnes for her stellar work ethic towards a purchase I made on the 16th of February. The second I lined up outside, she attended to me and asked if there was anything she could do for me.
