I bought/ received a few pieces of jewellery over the years, and have always been told that I can come in to get free cleanings. As this is a luxury brand I would hope that this would be continued long term! I went in today and was told that silver items is 30$ per piece to get cleaned! This is disgraceful considering how much you pay for a premium product and experience! How cheap!

If you’re thinking of purchasing sterling silver from Tiffany & Co, don’t. I have been buying sterling silver pieces from them since 2017, the last two pieces I have purchased this year tarnish to black within days of wear. Not to mention they now charge $30 per piece for cleaning of sterling silver. On top of the $500+ you’re spending on the jewellery, you also need to pay $30 every time you need it cleaned.
