The customer service inside this store is awful. I arrived during the week at 2 pm (not a busy time) I walked up to the men by the front door and told them I wanted to return something. They gave me the most confused bewildered faces and said the sales associates were busy and couldn’t help me and to take a seat.. there were 3 employees just standing along the perimeter of the store doing nothing and then 2 sales associates helping a couple for 30+ minutes before even acknowledging me. Make it make sense….
Today I was at the store and Bow was amazing !! She legit was a light. Those are the type of sales associates I like to interact with. She made everything smooth and catered to me. Thank you again for being so kind.

Favorite Tiffany location I’ve been to, overall this brand has better customer service than Cartier or Van Cleef. Gabby at this location was super helpful and I will be back
Was just here to get our wedding rings cleaned which are Tiffany wedding bands and maybe purchase something new. Never have we’ve been completely ignored when entering a store. The guy who was working the front of the store Good Friday around 6PM should be fired. My husband and I have been faithful Tiffany customers over the years. DO BETTER!!!!!
