I went to potentially pick out my push present. I had three specific Tiffany necklaces I wanted to see in person (ranging in price from $800-$1200). I walked around the store 3x without being acknowledged. As soon as a man came in, a sales person rushed to ask how he could be helped. I was there for 15 minutes before him. A couple had come in after me were also helped rather quickly. Our was spent the money elsewhere.

The customer service inside this store is awful. I arrived during the week at 2 pm (not a busy time) I walked up to the men by the front door and told them I wanted to return something. They gave me the most confused bewildered faces and said the sales associates were busy and couldn’t help me and to take a seat.. there were 3 employees just standing along the perimeter of the store doing nothing and then 2 sales associates helping a couple for 30+ minutes before even acknowledging me. Make it make sense….

Today I was at the store and Bow was amazing !! She legit was a light. Those are the type of sales associates I like to interact with. She made everything smooth and catered to me. Thank you again for being so kind.
