Customer service is unknowledgeable, lacking, and mediocre. I only came here cause the Sherway Gardens is closing and cannot service my rings. If I had more time I would have driven to another location.

Vina made the whole experience feel special — she took the time to explain every detail, offered great styling advice, and made sure I left completely happy with my purchase.
