I purchased my engagement ring from Tiffany & Co. at Square One Mall in 2019. At the time, I specifically asked about the durability of the stones and was reassured by the staff that the diamonds would not fall out.this was one of the key reasons I chose Tiffany over other jewelers, despite the higher price. But now, only six years later, one of the diamonds has fallen out. When I went back to Tiffany, they said there is no warranty on the stones and was quoted $245 to repair it.
