Overall a great experience. We went to the store to try on and buy bracelets for our 10-year anniversary as best friends. The man helping was kind and friendly, he was very helpful. One bracelet was available in store, but the other one was not. Since, we live quite far from the store, we opted for the second bracelet to be delivered to our home. Delivery was a nightmare, Fedex is the worst delivery. It’s been delayed several times, it proved to be difficult to retrieve the package from them. Tiffany, don’t use fedex anymore... read more
