The experience wasn't bad but the lady that helped my wife and I for the 2nd time seemed to have an attitude because I was asking questions about a gift that I bought my wife for Christmas that was to small so we had to send it in to get it extended a little bit. Came in to buy a pair of solitaire earrings and while the sales person was friendly I feel like my 10k Tiffany ring that was noticed should have been offered to clean while I waited and the earring that I purchased should have been as well!!! I got home and cleaned them cause I felt like my daughters David yurman ones looked more sparkly than mine!! They came out so much better and I shouldnotha e had to do so!! Maybe cause we were in shorts and tattoos or didn’t look the part! Not pleased
