I had an exceptional experience at this location today. I had made an appointment to get a piece of jewelry cleaned/polished. From the moment I set foot there Mark provided a stellar customer experience. He expedited the process and made the short wait such a pleasure. He is a great asset to that store and to this company.

Never again! Purchased a necklace and bracelet on a trip to NYC. Talk about turning a childhood dreams into a literal NIGHTMARE! Needed the necklace lengthened. Was sold the "fix" for that. Was told the 5 little things I was sold were "links". Come to find our, they were CHARM HOLDERS, that should never be used as "links". What a literal disaster since! Never was able to reach this store. Filed a claim with customer service the day of purchase as we were not able to make it back to the store due to flying home. Was told ever... read more

Not quite as nice as the other Tiffany locations where I've shopped. The staff seemed a bit anxious, and the large security presence caused me to worry that this might not be a safe place.

The staff was very friendly and outgoing. They took time to find out what I was looking for and led me to the perfect gift. Beautiful selection and product and they let me know that they could also get in my other pieces that were not in stock. The blue box and bow were just the icing on top.

Employees including management discriminated against a client. Disposable treatment by SA, Manager and Client Services Director. Who the heck these people think they are treating a client in such an awful manner. Less than 3 year old bracelet broke, repair was delayed, repaired clasp does not function properly. I tried to put the bracelet on and COULD NOT. The RING DOES NOT FIT INTO THE NEWLY INSTALLED CLASP. Awful service.
