Very bad customer service.
Went to this store to pick up a few small things. They had one item, but not the other. The sales girl, Gigi, was responsive up to the sale and first pickup point, then became unresponsive. Perhaps the mentality of Tiffany’s staff is like that of a used car dealer these days? Come to find out this location is closing for lack of business.
The best Tiffany store in LA 🩵 my fiancé and I got my engagement ring from this store and our associate Erika made it an unforgettable experience! The contrast to the Century City and Beverly Hills locations was astounding. At those they couldn’t really be bothered and didn’t seem to know much about the rings. I have been coming to this location for the past 4 years and have seen the quality of service has drastically changed for the worse. My husband has moved to ordering online now because the times we come in for jewelry cleaning — the associates and an old woman in particular with an accent is not attentive or pleasant unless you are willing to buy. We had a terrible experience at this Tiffany location. We had scheduled a engagement ring appointment with my friends. The client advisor Viktoriya Larchenko, was dismissive and rude when we arrived. At first the security team made us feel unwelcome like we shouldn't be there, to add insult to injury the client advisor Viktoriya repeated that we didn't have an appointment.
