I purchased a XL Tiffany Pet collar on the online Tiffany store that was meant to be a gift for my wife for Christmas. We placed the collar on the dog on Christmas Day (12/25/24). Unfortunately, within just six days of use, I noticed significant issues with the leather. It started to bubble, crack, and wear away around the buckle. Poor customer service at this location.
I already gave a 1 star review and that before I knew that had my friend who this was a gift for sign the receipt with price on it. The whole thing was a mess. I pre arrange the pickup. All u had to do was answer the phone. Be last time here ever.
