My daughter brought her treasured “ T” ring in for repair, the manager and associate were reluctant to send the ring for evaluation. In an arrogant tone said “ we don’t even carry this ring anymore” “ it’s too low end”…!!! She burst in to tears right in the store. And again in that arrogant tone said, “ we don’t have anything that low end to replace it with, perhaps a credit towards one of our nicer pieces?”!!! Are you kidding??? Edit: Brought the ring to a jeweler, who said there was an air bubble defect and are able to fix it within 2 days for $40. Seems like Tiffany is scamming customers to purchase new products! I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Tiffany & Co., Westport. Honestly, the experience started off poorly from the moment I walked in.
