I had a frustrating experience today, attempting to drop off a bracelet for repairs. I was told that the Edina store was not accepting items due to a store transition. I was very dissappointed in the service I received and it did not feel like my issue was resolved in the best way it could have been. I made a special trip to do this and drove 50 miles out of my way round trip.
Our necklace was the display necklace that was very scratched up. Context. Purchased a necklace from Tiffany and Co. that was in stock (not display item) but were given the display item underhandedly. Only realized that once we were home and noticed a bunch of scratches on it. Now that we think about it, the sales guy took over 20 minutes to “prep” the necklace, I’m assuming just cleaning the display one. WARNING! Do not buy a watch from Tiffany's, It will work for a week and two days! Will have to wait one month for repair! Be returned, damaged!
Poor customer service. Poor quality jewelry. Multiple pieces that I have discolor skin, tarnish and break easily. I am going to be finding a new place to buy jewelry going forward.
