Poor customer service. Poor quality jewelry. Multiple pieces that I have discolor skin, tarnish and break easily. I am going to be finding a new place to buy jewelry going forward.
The lady that greeted us was not pleasant. I will not go back. When you walk into a store and get treated insignificantly -Not a place I would like to do business with. Wish we had more options in Minnesota. Not a good representation to the company - Will not do business in this company or store in the future.
Had a very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. I brought in a watch I had purchased as a Christmas gift (not a cheap one), because it started acting up—despite being less than a year old. One of the sales associates quickly dismissed the issue, suggesting it probably just “needed oil” and implied it might not be covered under warranty.
