Really great experience, made an appointment, came out with a simple diamond pendant necklace for my gf and a chain for myself. Great service from Taylor specifically who brought in the makers chain for me🤙 really happy with it all.
This Jewelry is advertised as life long jewelry but every experience I’ve had here has proven that statement to be false! Most recently I got the Tiffany heart bracelet here with my initials engraved onto it and after just 2 months of wearing it the heart just fell off? The clasp connecting the heart is perfectly intact but the heart is gone, when going in to ask what they can do about this they told me I’d have to pay $75 for a new heart and pay to get it re-engraved which is another $70 about. this store has honestly the rudest employees. I went in to have my ring polished (that i purchased at this store). And they told me it was fake, after looking me up in the system they realized that it was in fact not fake and apologized. But every time I’ve been in here the employees have just been awful.
