Reading all of the negative reviews about this location and the bad customer service here (After I visited), I don't know why I thought it would have been any different for me. I traveled all the way from Belleville Illinois only to be told the item I wanted had been sold. Mind you I called the day before and spoke with a Sophia several times. I have always loved Tiffany & Co., and most of the jewelry I own is from Tiffany. I visited this location many times over the years. There used to be a tall and beautiful woman with a slight accent who worked here. She was always kind, friendly, and professional. I have not seen her in a long time, and things have been different since then. Last summer, I visited this location with my girlfriend.
