I have always loved Tiffany & Co., and most of the jewelry I own is from Tiffany. I visited this location many times over the years. There used to be a tall and beautiful woman with a slight accent who worked here. She was always kind, friendly, and professional. I have not seen her in a long time, and things have been different since then. Last summer, I visited this location with my girlfriend. I will never purchase another Tiffany’s piece after the experience at the is location. I brought in my diamond bracelet to get resized that my husband purchased from a different Tiffany’s location for our wedding. This location said they cannot resize it or exchange it for the same value and there is nothing they can do. They said they checked with the team and they cannot resize. We are taking about a bracelet that cost over $5k. I even asked for the manager and he suggested I go to a different jeweler (not a Tiffany’s) to ... read more
