I used to love Tiffany's, but after this experience, I will never return. My husband and I were looking for necklaces instead of wedding bands and specifically asked the sales associate for something durable that could withstand daily wear. My husband is both a military service member and a police officer, so we needed jewelry that would be able to handle the demands of his profession and our lifestyle. I love shopping at Tiffany & Co. I love m6 bracelets.
Lucy was a pure delight! She helped me work through getting the chain of a designer necklace resized. Instead of it taking 4-6 weeks, she worked her magic and helped me get it in 10 days. I normally shop online but Lucy has earned my business with Tiffany’s moving forward. I highly recommend visiting this store and working with their great staff.
Worst customer service! After spending +$1,000 20 days ago and coming in for service today I will NEVER shop at Tiffany’s again.
