I wish I read the reviews of this location before shopping there. I am a frequent shopper at Copley Place , buying items for myself a few times a year . This time I decided I wanted a Tiffany bracelet . I had already picked my choice but went to the store to make such I choose the right size . Albert is amazing! We walk in and within just 30 seconds, he knows what i was looking for. He provided a few options and I loved all of them. Really pleasant and enjoyable experience in this location with Albert!!
I bought the toggle heart bracelet for a gift and flew back to Raleigh. I hadn’t even thought to open the box because it was wrapped. Turns out there is a blemish on the charm that won’t come off. There is also a smudge on the backside of the charm, with what appears to be oily fingerprints. I was promised a brand new piece from the back, but this is simply unacceptable. Spending near $800 in ten minutes for what seems to be a crushingly disappointing occasion. I am extremely extremely disappointed in this location
