Tiffany & Co. - very disappointing misogynistic experience. On August 23, 2025, (4-5 pm) I came to the store to drop off my bracelet for repair. I was the customer speaking with the consultant and asking questions. I happened to be there with friends, including a male friend who was simply standing nearby. Tiffany is a great company. Their diamonds and precious metals are also some of the best in the industry. Yes, jewelry is also fragile. Perhaps there should be more public information available of what not to do with diamond rings or other precious metals. For example, pool chlorin, sweating, and even cleaning products can destroy precious metals and cause diamonds to loosen. Don't blame Tiffany and Company for something they were not responsible for. Their craftsmanship is among the best.

I went into the store yesterday as the enamel on a bracelet I have had for years became discoloured. I was concerned about waiting to have it cleaned/repaired as I am only in Boston for the weekend. I cannot commend Albert enough, he was so helpful and friendly, and willing to resolve the issue for me as soon as possible. Thankfully he was able to clean it for me himself so I did not have to wait, he is clearly very knowledgeable about the jewellery and its care.
