Took my silver tag necklace in for a cleaning, as I have in the past, although its been a while since I dont live in the area last Tuesday. Asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't know one was needed now, i was used to dropping off and picking up a few days-week later, but the lady checked and said she had an availability, however, Silver now has a cleaning fee. I had a fantastic experience at the Tiffany store! The Mona Guo was incredibly welcoming and nice, making me feel valued as a customer. Tiffany & Co is always going to be a home run (absolutely 5 stars). We’ve made multiple purchases from Samantha at this location… Over the years we’ve enjoyed our experiences with Samantha and the staff at T&Co. Apparently there has been a staff rotation (not for the better). My wife and I went in there a week or so ago to pick up my wife’s repaired Tiffany Wedding ring. If I could, this would be 0 stars. Tiffany is lying about the 925 sterling silver hallmark. The 925 hallmark was adopted by the Baltimore assay-office in the year 1814 (being the only assay-office in America at the time), which is 37 years before their 1851 claim. If Tiffany is lying about this history? What else are they lying about? I would never trust a company that lies about documented history.
