I walked into Tiffany’s today after being notified that my repaired items were ready to be picked up. Without greeting, several associates proceeded to deliberately ignore me when I requested help and aggressively told me to have a seat. After sitting for around 10 minutes, all associates besides one that was helping a customer disappeared into the back and continued to ignore me while walking back and forth through the front. Limited service in this store. Made an appt and walked in at opening hours and still waited long enough to make you feel upset. Spoke to rep and still 2nd in line. Not sure why you need to make an appt and waited long enough without being noticed at all. Just a simple drop off and still have to wait with no updates. I am willing to wait if they tell you what's going on. Then I am not sure why I need to make an appt then. Totally understand if I am a walk in but even with an appt. Thank you Tiffany, completely disappointed.

Loveeee this place. An outstanding customer service experience! Their associates are knowledgeable about every product and care deeply about their clients. The store is well organized and kept clean.
