The staff here is very professional. I took my bracelet there for repair. The service was good from drop off to pickup. I just picked up my bracelet and it looks brand new again. I'm happy with the service I received.

When the staff knows the merchandise and can read the client this makes for a great shopping experience. Corey and Sandita are top notch professionals with a keen eye for style. They showed me 3-4 things because I didn’t know what I wanted and every piece was better than the next and exactly me. I think the problem is my husband now has 3 more things to get that I didn’t buy but that’s a story for another day. Fabulous experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. when trying to pick up a ring my husband purchased for me as a Mother’s Day gift. I came fully prepared with the receipt, my husband’s credit card, his ID, and my own ID—yet the sales associate still refused to release the item. Instead, she told me she needed to “ask her manager,” and when she returned, I was told that I would need to call my husband to confirm the purchase.
