Another pleasant shopping experience at this store, client advisor Shanshan patiently answered questions and presented the items beautifully, looking forward to my next visit
Had a 10k bracelet repaired- paid $315 for the repair…. Asked for a box when I picked it up because it is delicate and they said, sorry no box, “Not unless it’s a new purchase”. Last Tiffany purchase for me… and there were three customers and 10 sales people very fake big hello but no service really. Sad … it used to be so wonderful.
I love Tiffany's jewelry but the customer service was flat and they made me feel like I did not belong shopping in that store. I don't want to call it racism but it's hard for me not to. After my chain and bracelet is fixed I would never go to this particular location again.
Came to this location for service. Was quick and got done in a few weeks
Very disappointing experience. We told the first associate we were just browsing, but another staff member quickly approached us in an aggressive manner and continued to follow us around the store. When we brought it up, she flat-out denied it. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and left us questioning whether we were being racially profiled. Strange atmosphere—won’t be returning.
