I wish I could leave no stars on this review. I purchased champagne glasses for my brother and his fiancé and unfortunately they canceled the wedding. I called to see if the store would allow a return or even a store credit, they refused, there wasn't even a breath where they said well let me look, they said no that will not happen since it was past the 30 days. Love the place and the staff there. Very patient and helpful.
Horrible experience. The worst customer service. I was told I cannot return a purchase within 2 days of receipt. They are condescending and ill mannered. A reputable company should not cause all this aggravation and stress.
Another pleasant shopping experience at this store, client advisor Shanshan patiently answered questions and presented the items beautifully, looking forward to my next visit
