WARNING! Do not buy a watch from Tiffany's, It will work for a week and two days! Will have to wait one month for repair! Be returned, damaged!
Talked with a sales associate and advised the item I wanted. Was told it was the last one so I said I would purchase it and pick up the next day. They said they would send me a text to pay. I received the text which was a scan chip. Tried three ways to Tuesday to pay for this and I could not. Told them my problems and that I would just have to come in tomorrow to get the item and they said that was fine? They definitely need an alternative to this payment method. Especially when the item is the last one they have available.
What can I say- normal superior and exceptional service after purchase.
I purchased an item for my spouse to pick up. Sales associate We Nguyen racially profiled and ridiculed my spouse by asking her to provide information that was outside of Company policy. She provided all required information that is required and she still was provided with substandard service and discriminated against. I will never spend a dollar with this brand again.
