Started out great. Has gone downhill the last several months.
I've been with Dr Bells office for over a year now, and have nothing but great things to say. I've had anxiety/depression for over 20 years. Every previous psychiatrist just wanted to treat me with diff antidepressants that kept giving me terrible side effects. It took 25 years before I ever heard the term Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD) they allowed me to stop the pill cycle and offered me other options. Psychiatric services weren't an issue, they did forget to refill one of prescriptions once. Hope to all heaven you have the least contact possible with the front desk though, not a pleasant experience. Do note that if you don't cancel an appointment before their 48 hour period you will be charged $75 regardless of insurance. This I am okay with, kinda seemed like the front desk lady was really trying to guilt me when I did cancel later though which kind of just sucked.
Dr. Bell is the best at what she does . Absolutely Amazing 🤩 She helped me so much!!
