Dr Baird is great but front end people are very mean and lie non stop. They have played phone tag for over a week with me and then when I get to office because they couldn’t figure it out rusty and others said they decided to charge me 85$ for 3 check marks and a signature. I asked why and they said since I was there. They said they would send to me for free over phone but they just couldn’t figure it out. Now saying they wanted the money.
We waited 10 days for my grand daughters appt to prepare for Kindergarten only to be told she didn't have an appt. Her info was in the system but not scheduled for anything. Why would we call and give you all our information and not make an appt. We are new patients. My daughter got 2 texts reminding her of the appt for her daughter.
I loved this place my son went here for his yearly and the lady we saw was so awesome I loved every staff member there we came into contact with
Love Dr Baird but terrible front desk FYI they don't return urgent phone calls not once but three times still no call back disappointed.
