Never had any major surgery before and I was really nervous about it. Dr. Dillard is amazing! Not only is she very experienced and well educated, her bedside manner is excellent. As well as her entire team.
Watch your wallet! They will charge you twice ... once for the provider and once for the hospital. My daughter was charged $635 for a routine OB/GYN visit. Insurance fully covered the provider portion, but the hospital portion was not covered. So she's stuck with a $213 bill for a routine OB/GYN visit. She was not advised about these charges ... instead, they said she should have asked for an estimate. This place is all about making money. DO NOT GO HERE! Next step, Illinois Attorney General ...
I was nervous about going to a gyno before but after my visit with Dillard and the disrespectful way she approaches her patients my anxiety has gotten much worse. I do not recommend her to anyone but especially if you have any sort of medical anxiety
