Staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Jepson listened to my concerns. She prescribed exactly what I needed to get me feeling better quickly.
I scheduled and went in for what I understood to be a routine annual preventive exam. Toward the end of the appointment, I was asked if “anything else was going on.” I briefly mentioned a couple of minor things, which we discussed for maybe two minutes. Months later, I received an unexpected bill and learned that my visit had been coded as more than just an annual preventive exam. Love my PCP. Dr Jepson is great. I do not want all the text and surveys that I get before and after appointment. It’s too much. Irritating
Always does a great job and answer all my questions.
Dr. Jepson is amazing, always taking the time to talk with us and her nurse was so patient and understanding with my son when he had to get shots! Everyone is great
