I reached out to Tiffanee for a special order for Teacher Appreciation week, and I am so thankful I did. She worked with our Parent Lighthouse Team to ensure that she worked with our budget, personalized the gifts, and even provided delivery to ensure they would arrive when needed. I ordered a lot from this place. A cake, smash cake, cookies and cake pops for my daughter’s first birthday. The cookies and cake pops were pretty. When I looked at the cake, I couldn’t believe they gave it to me. It looked so ugly. It was done very poorly. The icing was so heavy and there were gaps in the design. I've purchased cakes and cookies from Tiffanee & Co Bakery several times, and have been thoroughly impressed with each order. Twice she has done bowling pin cookies with a custom logo for my association's annual bowling tournament, and she did Eagles cookies for the Super Bowl (even though she's a Cowboys fan, they were amazing)! It has been a pleasure to do business with Tiffanee and I absolutely will again in the future.
A picture is worth a thousand words. I have tried to call Tiffanee, and the number doesn’t work. I have sent several emails and Messenger messages with no response. I posted a comment on her new FB post only stating that I sent her a message and haven’t heard from her. So she blocked me. All I want is for her to do the right thing and refund me for this cake. Google-I can’t believe this was featured in a commercial for Delaware, during the Superbowl.
Tiffanee was great! The birthday cake and cup cakes for my 3 year old son birthday party came out excellent! No complaints at all. Highly recommend her and I’ll be using her for all future parties!! Thanks!!
