This woman charged my daughter $1000 to do her taxes and now she can’t even get a copy of her paperwork. Totally unprofessional . So we have decided to contact the IRS and report her.
Where do I begin, I have used Tiff the Tax Lady a few times and she always exceeds my expectations. Tiffani is warm and highly knowledgeable in all facets in the financial industry. I always feel informed after her detailed consultation and she delivers on what is promised. Any individual and/or organization would be all the better because of her presence.
A friend of mine recently had a negative experience with this company. Unfortunately being a black female, we have a stereotype of providing poor quality service. Sadly, this company lived up to it.
