Dr. Aimee Tieu has the best bedside manner I’ve ever received- just that alone is enough to be on your way to a smooth, speedy and successful recovery! Everyone on the HealthFirst team for Dr.Tieu was amazing.
Terrible experience.......not what you want when you are having health issues during the time your husband is going through cancer treatment. Waited 6months for appointment, office manager called 2 week prior to cancel my appointment! Now my issues are so much worse and my choices for treatment are less. Sad days in healthcare for sure.I don't care how GOOD you think you are......you are NOT GOD.
My doctor referred me to this doctor, So I kept CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING to schedule an appointment! Each time I called, NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE!!! So I got tired of calling, and left a message on June 17 2024. Do you know today is July 10 2024, and they are just now getting back to me, and that’s only because I there was miscommunication with my doctor, being that no one ever called me back, I called her and told her to refer me to a different doctor other than Tieu!!!!! Dr. Tieu recently operated on my wife. We are both physicians. She is a superb surgeon, technically skilled but even more, kind and compassionate. She put both myself and my wife at ease prior to surgery. Could not have been in the hands of a better physician.
Can't even get someone on the phone! Every single time I call to speak with someone to make my first appointment I have to leave a message. They do call me back, when they call me back, and I keep missing those calls! So I just keep calling and leaving more messages and trying to be available when they choose to call me back. Absolutely ridiculous.
