I live there 5 year since 2020-2025 2024 started having issues with new manager since every year there was new owner rent raise 130 more every year Adriana valdes took kept on giving fines any reason we rented the lot only the trailer was ours she requested stairs gave 3 fines 50 dollars for that and for blinds she requested specific had to paint because she requested color had to be aprove by her or 50 dollars fines was added so rent with all fines was paying 1180 approximately every month until we got tired decided to cell... read more
Si estas pensando en moverte aquí piénsalo 2 veces La señora Adriana Valdez junto con su equipo se adueñaron de nuestra traila.. nosotros nos movimos y ella nunca dejo vender la traila ni dar los pagos.. después fue a corte pero nunca nos notificó sobre la corte y ella junto con tierras altas tiene nuestra nueva dirección correos electrónicos y números de teléfono... SON UNOS RATEROS SOLO SABEN COBRAR Y ADUEÑARSE DE LAS COSAS!!!

The worst manufactured home community you could choose. Overpriced lot rent with severely idiotic office personnel. If getting shafted is what you’re in to then this is the place for you. I feel sorry for the people that are stuck living there.
Adriana Valdes the manager is mean and abuses her power since she started working she been taking advantage her position my daughter who was still high school at a time since turn 18 requested 50$ to add her to lease but when I requested copy she gave lease expire 2022-2023 she said that there was none then requested for me get blinds and back steps for my trailer was trying to charge 50 again and when I call her told her that I was renting lot that she using lease 2022 that already expired there was no such thing back steps... read more
