We had really wanted to work with these folks on a remodel project due to their amazing reviews, but we were unable to ever get a quote out of them after months and several requests. Unfortunate, because we are also planning to build a house in a couple of years and were hoping they might be able to be "our contractors". I wish they had just been honest with us if there was a specific reason they were unable to work on our project, rather than dodging us.

In my opinion, TVB is the best in the business. I hired them to put up a 30ft x 50ft, 1500 Sq ft building on my residential property. From the first phone call with John, to completion of the project 2 weeks after starting, I had total confidence that the job was being handled properly and professionally. Jeremiah, Kristian, and Anthony were knowledgeable, hardworking, and made me feel like I had family working with me. Totally satisfied with Tierra Verde Builders and would recommend them to anyone.
