Overpriced with few amenities. Lived here for 7 years now and had I known what I was getting into when I bought here I would have looked elsewhere. Security guards do not do their jobs and even when they actually do their patrols they will literally let your house burn down and do nothing at all.... not even call the FD.... true story, happened about 6 years ago and it took community residents banding together to put the fire out before it consumed the house. People can literally park a boat on the street but I can’t get literally one single street parking pass. We have a pregnant female and two disabled veterans in the house all with different work and sleep schedules and have to wake each other up just to play magical chairs with our vehicles. They want every vehicle to be registered to this address despite 3 of our household members being active duty military.
