It was a pleasure to work with Tierra Shaffer. We were looking to buy our retirement home, but would be looking at homes remotely and only getting on to HHI periodically. When we found a house we liked, we would call Tierra, and she always answered the phone. She would find a way to get to that house as soon as it was possible for her to do so. She was super responsive, professional, and had a great working knowledge of the HHI real estate market. Ultimately, we found a house, she was a great person to work with!
Tierra is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate market and laws. She helped sell our home quickly and made appropriate recommendations to us with pricing, staging etc... She worked very hard with our interest in mind to get the property sold. I definitely recommend her and will use her again when the time comes.
Tierra is amazing! She is responsive, resourceful, organized, professional and helped up keep on top of deadlines. She stepped-in on our behalf when needed (we are from out of town and couldn't be there for all appointments, the inspection...). One of the best realtors I have ever worked with.
